Welcome to Norway

What is modern Norway???
When you have never been there, this is a hard question to answer!
For many, Norway remains a mysterious Nordic country.

NORWAY NEXT will answer these questions. This artistic project from the Bilder Nordic School of Photography gives a modern picture of Norway through photography, arts and documentary.

Today, we'd like to show you pictures from 22 year-old photograph Johnny Vaet Nordskog. Colourful, cold and nostalgic. Somewhat what we had imagined.

Tribute to German Eternal Youth

German music does not come down to Tokio Hotel, hopefully!

The 80's used to be the golden years for German rock bands.
Singers had nice hair cuts and video clips were poetic. You could feel the rebellion in the lyrics. Listening to German English accents was delicious.

Tonight, the EuRock! team would like to pay tribute to this bygone age.
Alphaville, Scorpions: thanks for existing guys!!!

We will never forget...

How to sell Europe?

We suggest Eu-Rock branding.
Let's put billboards everywhere: in the streets, in the schools, in your garden...

British Humour

Today, let's go to Scotland and discover an art outsider!
Needless to say, if you like dark humour, David Shrigley is a funny guy.

Born in England, living in Glasgow, David may be 42 but still acts, draws and talks like a 5 year-old. His messages, though, are far from being childish!
His humour is dark, crude and sarcastic. Could you imagine a kid less innocent? Young children usually love Walt Disney and live in a fantasy world. David decided to innovate and introduce a new character: the kid from our nightmares! Terribly...refreshing.

We speak no Norwegian

If only we had learned Norwegian at school... Seriously.
It would have been helpful to get crazy on Topp Stemning Pa Lokal Bar.
Hopefully, music is universal and speaks no language.
We understand percussions. We understand electric beats. We understand addiction. We like Casiokids.

Swedish Pop Survivor

Robyn is back!
Remember her hit songs Show me love and Handle me in the 90s?
Well, the Swedish blond singer is back with three new pop electro albums, Body Talk 1, 2 & 3. Three words: sincere, efficient & melancholical. (Dancing on my own).

Robyn, you're still making our heart beat...
